1:38pm: From the vantage point of my office, guards are ushering people off the streets and into buildings. We’re a two minute walk from VT, where fresh firing just broke out. Entrances are being shuttered. A taxi driver parked his car below, and just stood about until someone explained why the street is empty. He ran.
